BILLING POLICY

While it’s true that opening an account with Chassis Protech offers advantages in terms of convenience and special offers, you are free to check out as a guest.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow two to three business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Your order will be shipped by traceable parcel post.

We combine shipping provided that all items in your cart are checked out and paid for in a single transaction.

Unless otherwise specified, our parcels are traceable. An Australia Post delivery scan shall be regarded as confirmation of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

It’s okay to change your mind. If for any reason you wish to return your purchased item/s, you may do so within 14 days of confirmation of delivery and Chassis Protech will provide a full refund.

You, the buyer, are required to return the purchased items at your own expense by traceable parcel post and to provide tracking details and your invoice number by email.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase insurance for your return shipment. We do not refund any items lost or damaged during return shipment. That becomes a matter between you and Australia Post, as it was for us when we shipped your order.

All items must be returned intact and unused with all original packaging materials documentation and accessories. All items will be examined for signs of use or damage.

ORDERS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Given our careful attention to packaging, it is extremely unlikely that your shipment will arrive damaged, except for superficial wear or damage to external packaging because of handling during shipment.

If you believe that your order was damaged during shipment, photograph the unopened damaged package. If, after opening the parcel, the contents appear to be damaged, photograph them as well and contact Chassis Direct at once. We will work with you to ensure an equitable outcome. Your satisfaction is of great importance to us.

Should your order be damaged during shipment, we will offer a full refund or replacement. You will be required to return the damaged item, at your own expense, within seven days of delivery for inspection.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the nature of our products, it is extremely unlikely that you will receive a faulty item. If you believe that your item is faulty, please photograph the item and contact Chassis Protech at once and we will work with you to ensure an equitable outcome. Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. You will be required to return the damaged item, at your own expense, within seven days of delivery for inspection.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If, after completing the required documentation and following Australia Post’s missing items procedures, your parcel is considered lost, Chassis Protech will provide a full refund including shipping charges. We endeavour to settle such cases as quickly as possible.
