Chassis Protech offers a unique solution to under-body corrosion. Our innovative 4WD Chassis Cleaning System is designed to provide your vehicle with the ultimate protection against the elements.
Our patented system stands apart with a ground-breaking feature – a patented high-pressure nylon line equipped with micro-perforations.
Designed specifically to access the intricate environment of your vehicle’s chassis rails, our sophisticated water delivery system precisely targets every nook and cranny, releasing water droplets that adhere to unwanted salt, sand, and mud particles. As these droplets merge with contaminants, they swell in size and gain enough weight to dislodge the particles. These are then flushed out of the chassis, providing the thorough cleanse a conventional underbody pressure washer cannot match.
Moreover, our chassis flush system provides the option to introduce our range of pH-neutral chemicals into the process. This boosts the cleaning power and coats the interior with a rust-inhibiting layer, safeguarding your vehicle against corrosion.
Engineered to work seamlessly with standard household mains pressure, our system can be connected directly to your garden hose.
Identify your preferred bracket mounting position. Remember you want easy access.
Push nylon line into the rear of chassis rail or a convenient access hole along its side.
If a blockage occurs, twist the nylon line and push it gently forward.
Repeat the installation on the opposite chassis rail using the second nylon line.
Bring both nylon lines together to meet the bracket mount point.
Tie off the tubes in a secure position using the supplied cable ties.
If the line kinks straighten it with pliers or it will stop the water flow.
Use the supplied tube cutters to achieve a clean square cut.
Push the line into the grey fitting until it bottoms out.
To remove or relocate, push down on the grey ring fitting and pull the line out.
Fix the bracket to the vehicle using the supplied fittings.
Connect the hose and turn the water on at the tap.
We’d love to hear from you.
